Have an older Valk power angle 11' plow I am trying to put a new cutting edge on and was wondering about the bolt pattern. It has a single piece on there now but it may have been a custom job? Seems like it was setup to go on in two 4' and one 3' section? Has a total of 25 countersunk bolts in it.

The plow starts out with two bolts 3" apart at either end, then five bolts at 6" spacing, another two at 3" spacing (4' in on either side now), then another two at 3" spacing, finishing up with three bolts at 6" spacing in the center of the plow.

Has anyone seen a similar bolt pattern? Better yet know where to purchase one? Or will one need to be fabricated?

    Thank you all.

Thank you kindly. Figured it doesn't hurt to ask and always good to know new suppliers. Looking at the tape again a Standard Highway 3/3/12 punch does match up on every hole just need to put 12 extra holes through it. May be my best option.

Make a drawing and bring it to your nearest Genalco. They are in Mass, CT. and other states. Their website will give the locations.

You don't really need to have all the extra holes. Just put a 3-3-12 punch blade on it and go plow.

Exactly. Some of our 14fts were split into 3 seperate sections to trip and we found one solid cutting edge worked better and didn't trip on hard pack near as much.
