Hello everyone.....I'm still new at snowplowing and using this site....I have a Meyer plow (e-47) that has a thick rubber cutting edge on it. It has been working fine in the heavy snow but last night I ran into a major problem...I was plowing a parking lot and the snow was wet and slushy...When I got down to the wet pavement the plow began to buffet violently...It did not like that bare pavement at all. I almost had to quit plowing....I was able to finish at an extremely low speed. Can anyone school me on rubber cutting edges??....Is it a spring adjustment?....I have a steel cutting edge I was going to replace it with. I'm at a real loss here....Thanks
