    Hey guys,
I have just picked up a set of used rims. There American Racing A37's They have the same 5 lug bolt pattern and bolt right up just have a larger center hole. Is it safe to run these rims? Does the center really carry and stress at all?

The center hole positions the wheel correctly, there is just too much slop in the bolt holes. Unsafe idea to use wheels with wrong center hole I.D. the wheels will eventually loosen enough to bang around on the lugs and then trouble begins - The center hole dimension is critical to safe, concentric operation. - I repeat not a good idea - See if they make an adapter or find the correct wheels - just my two cents !!
