We clean the driveways of snow/ice yesterday BUT the storm continued. So now some customers want us to return and put more salt.

    Should we charge more?

Depends on your contract. If it is a flat price per storm then no charge. If you price per trip on longer on going storms then you bill each trip.

So you put salt down before the storm was finished?

it all depends on what you agreed to, is it seasonal of course, especially for liability reasons

This should be clear in your contract. If you are liable than you should return. You should also be doing your own inspections after the route is complete.
