I want to upgrade my alternator on my 07 6.0, I did this on my 05 V-10, found the tension pulley, took off the old, installed the new and I was off and running.

With the diesel there is no room one, two I can't find the tension pulley, any suggestions ??

    Kind Regards

It is below the R. head. Look below the alternator, its the pulley on the spring loaded arm. You will need a 1/2" breaker bar or long handle ratchet to move the spring loaded arm to loosen the belt.
