Whats the going rate for you guys in your area? my goal is to average 5000 per property the least amount for the Dec, Jan, Feb month of snow service...

We get $150 - 200 per hour for truck/blade, $150-200 for salt spreader via truck ie) hopper/vbox

    Backhoe - $200
    ATV - $65/h
    Hand shovellers - $50

I'm a homeowner and kinda trying to answer your question. I've had two companies plow my driveway - 800ft - asphalt - one guy asked for $100 cash - and the other guy asked $40 cash, needless to say I went with the latter....Central Ohio

How exactly are we suppose to answer your question when everybody has different size accts., some with salt, some not, residential or commercial etc? There are guys that get 3-5 plow events and some have 50+. Rates and prices are all over the placedepending on region.

Exactly, you answered your own question... prices vary on region, hence ; the topic in 'your area' .. commercial meaning -- shopping plazas, industrial places, car dealerships, etc.. residential meaning -- townhouses, apartments..
