Dropped pickup tube inside the tank. Easy to check for, drain the tank, remove the 4 bolts and pull tank off, chances are, pickup tube will be laying in the bottom of the tank.

Tank only holds so much fluid, when you go to scoop, you use quite abit of that fluid so when you raise there isnt enough to fill all of the cylinders.

A small hose clamp works well, while youve gone that far, may as well change all the fluid, filter, and flush the cylinders.

This is a clip that goes on the pump to prevent the intake tube from coming off. Ask your dealer for one. They are usually free. The pickup tube probably fell off.

You may also want to check your pump pressure. Low pump pressure will also cause this. On the passenger side of the valve block will be a relief valve, screw it all the way in and backout 2 1/2 turns to reset to 1750psi.
