My town uses the f350's on the side streets with Meyer straight blade plows. I was watching one the other night (2/14) He was plowing on an angle, and he kept hitting things in the street. The plow triped and he kept going foward and the plow poped back and then he hit something else and it triped and then poped back and so on... My question is when my plow trips i have to back up, then it pops back in to place, if i keep going foward it doesnt come back up. Is my plow (western) messed up or is the Meyer different...
    Thanks Rich

Yes it should pop back up by itself after it moves over the object that tripped it.Sound's like your spring's are adjusted too loose or they've lost some of their spring tension from age.

Thank you I am going to check that out. I might have to replace the springs
