I am having problems with my 99 Dodge Cummins leaking oil from the vent tube on the front of the engine. It seems to be a lot worse when pulling a load. I need to find out what the problem might be and a solution. It's getting to where it's using a lot of oil.

There is a fuel drain tube (1/4 inch ish) coming from the fuel/water seperator and there should be a larger (1/2 inch ish) that drops right over the front axle differential housing which is a bypass vent and normally does vent oil vapor. It should not leave puddles but will cover the axle housing in oil.
