I noticed today when we were testing my new ex90 that the drivers side can be pushed in by hand when the blade is down and straight. Do I have to bleed the system or is it a bad valve?

    Just the one side?

Since it's brand new I would say air. We do fill, test, and bleed on the line, but sometimes air is still caught in the system.

It could work itself out, or you could bleed it. I would fully retracting the drives side, crack the fitting, press the controller to extend the cylinder. Be gentle, it's not a brake, it's a 3GPM pump... Tighten the fitting and repeat on the other side if you need to.

Not a common complaint, so I'll be curious to hear how it works out.
