my pull plow gets stuck in the raised position sometimes. If i continue to drive around a little bit it will release when i hit the lower switch. What would cause this?

Bad switch, bad wire somewhere, bad or sticking valve, bad coil, bad quick coupler if you have any.

Easiest thing to do, go to the pump and find the valves, have someone hit the lower button while you hold a screw driver to the valve and find the one that magnetizes, thats your lower valve, pull the valve and check for debris or sticking, check the coil with a ohm meter, should be around 7 ohms at room temp. And check all of your electrical connections.
