plowing with a 07 gas hemi??

    Im looking at a 07 ram 3500 mason dump, it has a gas v8 5.7 engine just looking for some thoughts about the gas motor for this type of truck. planning on putt a V plow on it... thanks

    mines great, I would look into electric fans as I am going to this up coming winter. I got a burnt valve a few months ago and had to get the heads rebuilt, the machine shop said it was do to overheating because of the plow. also I've been told to get some extra gauges just to keep an eye on things (trans temp, oil temp, ect.) other then that it plows great

    I put an hd fan clutch in my hemi and while it sounds like a Kenworth it doesn't ever run hot. Just my .02
