Whats the deal hooking up snowdogg plows? Just finished an install and the pins are not even close to lining up.I tried everything.Do I have to grind off some material to make it line up?

Did you use the jack to bring it to proper height? Pics would help here.

I got it.The "bubble gum" welds on pushbeam around the round bar were keeping the plow from making contact with the truckside. Had to grind the welds down.

Nothing like buying a new plo and having to get the grinder out. Eeek!!

Plow should hook up on the inside of that bracket... nothing should hit there...

Have 4 dogg's and they're all welded heavy on the outside.

The very tip of the plow frame on outside was hitting the weld that I ground off in the pic and was keeping the inside from moving into truckside all the way.The pin hole was not able to line up,it was offby a 1/4".Weld was like a pea size glob.Hooks up ok now.

no worries on this, just a run of mounts that had a little extra where it didn't belong, purely visual.
