Plow wings for snowblower?

    Any one ever thought about putting plow wings on a snowblower.

    Say you have a strong snowblower that you want to make bigger. Say you put the wings on to funnel more snow in to the auger?

    Any thoughts?

    I think it would work great for light snows!

    Yes. I think you are on to something. I can see a use for them but perhaps not in the way you are thinking.

    i did it once on an old toro 5hp -it handled great- but not in the wet heavy stuff
