Plow won't raise, turn left or right. Had clicking noise coming from solenoid. I changed that and still get a clicking and buzzing noise. I do have power going to the motor from the solenoid. Any answers? Thanks.

You have a bad connection or power cable connection or bad battery.

the solenoid is energizing (tuning on) then when the pump trys to run it draws like 150 amps so the voltage available for the selenoid drops and it switches off as soon as that happens the pump motor is not trying to draw the current so their is enough voltage to turn on the solenoid.. and it starts all over hens the buzzing.
