I was plowing for about 13 hours and then all the sudden the plow shut off i turned it back on and tried to move it again and you heard a click and power light shut off,and after 10min it started working again without a problem is it over heating . Anybody have the same problem or know whats wrong any help would be great. thank you

You didn't say what set up you have (Uni or Ultra I have to assume) but it sounds like a loose connection somewhere....go over them all.... especially at the controller and the power wire for the control harness where ever it's tied into the truck (fuse panel usually)...

Also look at the ground wire's at the battery and especially the one on the under hood solenoid..

Don't forget the grill connectors too...

Like B&B said check that red wire. Might have worked its way loose like mine did. Those quick fixes are so nice.

are you using the dielectric grease ? I had the same problem with a chevy dump and a unimount, I was leaving it connected to the truck all winter and only using the grease when I hooked it up at the beginning of the season.I found out the hard way that you can do that but you need to wrap some electrical tape around the plugs.
