I got a blizzard 8600 speed wing smart hitch 2 got all the wiring installed but controller won't light up is there any way of testing controller. It is a used controller and it is a western controller but was told that it will work it is a 4 pin pl

Put 12 volt + to pin 1 and ground to pin 4 and it will light up. Then go here:
