I have a 03 Dodge ram 2500HD with a Boss 9'2" poly V-Blade. RT3 Mount. It is a 13 pin connection. My question is can I switch to a Boss straight blade? I realize I would have to change the handheld controller. Would any of the truck wiring need changing? Thanks

Nope, no need to change any wiring. Also, I believe you can actually operate the straight blade with the v-controller. Might have that wrong though.

I run a straight blade on a vee joystick controller. So it can be done, just not sure about the handheld.

You can run a v on a straight blade handheld but it will run like a straight and its the same for straights on v blade handhelds
