This is another of our lawn maintenance/landscaping accounts. Its a train bulk transfer station. 2 inch trigger. Not open 24 hrs or anything like that. wide open, flat and plenty of places to push snow as you can see. Its total about 30k sqft to plow. No sidewalks and really no shoveling at all, just 1 step leading into the building. The parts that need to be plowed are right in front of the building ( the large paved part dead center) and the panhandle type driveway leading off to the top right of the image. Plow and salt. No shoveling or calcium.

what are you plowing it with? figure out what each piece of equipment is worth per hour and estimate how long it will take. leave enough room in case something breaks and if you have to rent a machine or sub one out so you still have room for profit. probably use 800 lbs of salt? so include a rate to salt.
