lets say you set up a contract for 0-4 inches of snow for xx.xx amount of dollars. This is a business that has steady traffic during working hours. They want you to come every at every 2 inches during working hours. Do you bill them per push since you will be there twice for a 4" storm or just bill them the 0-4" rate?

If they are the ones that put in the condition of every 2" then I would bill them twice.

Bill them for every visit. Alot of my contracts are setup so that I plow every 2-3", that means at a 6" storm, I get paid for 3 pushes. :) I do have some that i get paid by the amount but not many. I'd go broke with all acounts on that setup.
