Here is what I am thinking- Northeast area. I have about 5 acres of open parking lot area with planting islands running the length of the lots. All the snow will be piled at both ends of the lots. There are some roads but is is pretty straightfoward. This is a fairly busy office complex and I would need to be on top of it the whole snow event. Some shoveling

    1 loader/backhoe with a 12' pusher
1 s185 bobcat with either a snowbucket or 8' pusher
1 one ton dump 8' plow with sander
1 one ton p-up if needed 8' plow with sander

I am thinking the average storm would be 6 hrs worth of plow time
2 applications of sand/salt per event

I am thinking about 50k, is this the right amount of equipment and is the price in the ballpark? I know this is vauge but I am just looking to see if I am on the right track- Thanks
