Have you figured out why the springs broke? Bad spring steel?

They break because spring returns are a bad idea. Much better to have double acting cylinders on a V. Just like the original Diamond Vs were designed with.

The springs just give out with time. the way they connect, there are constantly rotating back and forth with the wings. Metal can only rub on metal so long till it wears it out and lets go..

Well one of his dents is due to the fact that we act like we are 12 and we were screwing around in a lot and I hit him:p It was a fun night

then you need 2 more hydraulic hoses to deal with and change to valve body around.

That left rear could have been much worse off. I'd say that you got off pretty lucky. still sucks!

I think I have one left side and one right side tail light for an old body style dodge. I took the bed off of a 96 and put a landscape body on it. I will check if I have it you can have it. Just pay shipping.

We do that on the atvs once in a while, only we are closer in age to 12 so i guess it isnt as bad. lol I have chipped my rear bumper though goofing around and backing up to fast to hook up to our trailer. black bumper has a nice big green spot on it from the trailer.
