If you have a place that requires you to start plowing 2 inch trigger and it is still snow hours later, do you wait for the call back that day or hit it the next day? If you plow a place more than once a day is that considered part of the 1st push?

A 2 inch trigger gets plowed every 2" or as close to every 2" as possible. so if you start your route with 2" on the ground, if by the time you get to the end of the route there is another 2" then you start the route again and bill everyone again.

    Bill each push

Each service is billed on a per plow basis as long as your contract is written as such.
