I need to replace one angle cyl.

    When I measured the ram I come up with 1 1/2 x 14 ...

but everywhere I look, I can only find 10" or 12"

should I be measuring to the pin hole or the end of the ram?

The body of the cylinder is 18"

I'll just go ahead and answer my own question for you watching at home...

Turns out my measuring method was flawed...
when measuring a cylinder, you measure from weld to weld on the body.

... basically you you are measuring how much of the ram (piston) fits inside the body.

    12" in my case.

ordered 2 cylinders new hoses new quick connects... umm... oh, some super duper will never freeze up hydaulic fluid... and a bunch of new pins.
supposed to be all in stock so....

    Mill supply.
