    most of the lots I plow have the entrance of the building and main parking area faces south- day time temps around here get above freezing- except one lot where the building entrance faces north..problems Im having is with north facing buildings casting shade its possible to get the ice cleared off walks and blacktop but it takes alot os salt then coming back and breaking it etc alot of time involved.. anyone have a solution for these northsides would liquid magic or any longer lasting salt work seems it refreezes after it melts

    We have lots with cold spots,especially around buildings like you stated.Pretreat with Magic salt should solve the problem.Talk to John Parker about spraying straight liqiud,do's and don'ts.(845)485-4200
