Anyone else getting the run around with pay from this company who do Lowes stores?
Never heard of them
I read somewhere, maybe Facebook that a national
Mgmt company lost Lowe’s, hold on I’ll check the snowplow Mafia...
Disregard, it was brightview.
They'll probably still get it back next year...lol
This company called National Property Maintenance Group, apparently was bought out from a company called KBS and its been a fiasco ever since. No one at NPMG can get a hold of anyone at KBS to see what and where anyones checks are. All we get is "I understand" or "yes its frustrating" bla, bla, bla!
Brian: I hope you get paid. I have been out of Snow Plowing for 4 years and I always get calls from the nationals looking for help. I would not help them when I was in the business thanks to warnings I got from this web site
Walk into their office and ask for your money...
Not bad Mark, their office is in los angels CA Nice sunny vacation. Not sure what a technology advanced company looks like but at least they know how to make excuses
I got stiffed by them a few years ago. I placed a mechanics lien on the Lowe’s I was plowing and Mr. David Lowe himself contacted my office, paid the bill immediately and was a true gentleman. Place a mechanics lien or contact Mr. Lowe directly. Great family, crappy management company.
You can place a lien on a property for maintenance in Maine? In many states you can't, ad far as o know.
Yes. If you complete work on a property you are entitled to file a mechanic’s lien until the invoice is paid. In this case the Lowe family was not pleased to learn of the lien and acted very quickly.
I said in another post it seems everything has been figured out. For some reason our invoices were not sent or not sent to the right place. Now lets see if its consistent!
I guess that's positive thinking ! I'm jaded and cynical so I envy you !
