In our area 5000 - 40000 sq ft @ $.01 per sq ft

    40000 - 100000 sq ft @ $.01 to $.009 per sq ft

    100000 - 500000 sq ft @ $.009 to $.006 per sq ft

    500000 - 1000000 sq ft @ $.006 to $.004 per sq ft

Anything over 1000000 sq ft is @ $.003 per square foot. All without salt or calcium chloride. Also pricing may change due to opsticals and average yearly snow totals.

20 - 30 minutes depending on the layout 1-3" snow fall x your rate.

.06-.09 per s.f. is spot on! If you can't make money on that something is wrong.

Whats your rate per hour?? Should be a little under a 1/2 hour push.
