I picked up a new to me skid steer this week. Smaller machine, but it should be good HOA and what not.

I'll add more picture when I can

I need to air the tires up, but I think they have a slow leak. I saw a nail in the back left...

I'm working on converting a old fisher plow to fit this machine. I completely stripped it down, had is sand blasted and powder coasted. I have replace all the hardware, angle pistons and hydraulic lines. I just need to weld up the rest of the mounting plate and it will be g2g. Here's a few pics.

Nice machine, how many hours does it have on it?

Keep the pics of the plow conversion coming, I have considered doing the same thing on a couple occasions.

    195 hours.

I'll keep the pics coming. I plan to do something similar to the setup in this tread: http://www.plowsite.com/showthread.php?t=79527

You are doing it right then...."Jomama" did a nice job with that plow, and its what I have considered doing with 1 of our plows that may be getting put off to the side after this winter.

Have you looked into dedicated snow tires for the winter?

Good luck and keep the pics coming...looks great so far!

P.S. Easy now Jo, a cool rag will ease the pain of swelling.

    Thank you!

I was just researching wolf paws for this machine. I think it could make a big difference. The tire on there now suck..

They make a HUGE difference, plus you dont put unneccesary wear on your other tires. Well worth the investment IMO.

I made a little more progress on the plow... Should have it warped up by Wednesday night.
