I think EPAWA will, or at least should, downgrade the southern and eastern edges and tighten the gradient. Last night and early today sort of pulled the carpet out from under this system. Sussex, northern Morris and western Passaic may be the only places to get any work out of this. The best case for anyone outside of there is to keep your fingers crossed for a salt run

87 minutes
of course that's with no snow removal.

I saw tri axels in the state yard at 6:30am this mrng in Newark, forecast is precipitation to start between 12-2pm with temps in the mid to upper 30's to 40. This state really knows how to piss money away.
