Nice fab work!

For lower snowfall amounts and a careful driver that looks awesome, basically a loader with push box and highway road speed. I would think you would likely eat motors a little faster over time which is easy to deal with but am curious how the reliefs treat you in use (incl lift relief if you get a full load to stack).

Oh man in NJ expectations are so low as long as you make piles nobody complains. Only place you see stacking is the biggest of malls and that’s done with machines.

As long as you push to the curb and then come back and windrow into the grass your fine. I would share your concern on the lift cylinder too bc even without the wings it feels weak.

Haven’t been able to get a video but I headed up to a spot with 18+ inches of snow and it performed perfectly. No issues with the wing relief at all. Lift cylinder feels underpowered but it did without the wings also.

Had some side by side comparison with my business partner who has same truck same plow, just without wings. I was moving a lot more snow and able to capture a lot more without spill off. Full on success, where’s the patting myself on the back emoji?

On the reliefs it acts just like a regular XLS when pushing into a pile in scoop. It'll come in scooped and then when enough pressure is applied to the wings they go out to straight and push up into the pile. Really couldn't have asked for better function out of it.
