Toggles will work with the E60. If it doesn't, then something's wrong with the pump or the wiring/connections.

When you say "it doesn't work"...what exactly doesn't it do?

If you can hear the valves clicking on the pump when you move the switches up, down, and angle right, but the pump motor doesn't spin or the under hood solenoid doesn't click, then the under hood solenoid could be shot or it isn't grounded well.

If the UHS does click when the raise, left, right functions are pressed, then it may just be a poor connection at one of the power or ground cables. Or you have a motor problem (usually due to corrosion in the brush housing the E60's)

Jump across the two larger posts on the UHS with a screwdriver and see if the pump motor spins. Be careful when you do this! The blade may angle to the left so be ready!

    Did the e-47 operate?

If the wiring isn't on the back of the switches correctly the unit will not work, the wires slip out of the black molded connector sometimes when you are hooking them up. check to see that they are all firmly connected to the switches, from the sound of your explanation the angle switch is not functioning.

You could have two separate problems a angle switch issue and a frozen motor or poor current path issue.
