Is it an assumed road or a developer that is hiring it out?

Right direction is stay to the right.

One direction is the mileage you posted, or is that in and out, and how wide,?

The 2.20 miles, is that lane miles or road miles?
Any culdesacs? Those take significantly longer than they should

There are 2 Culdsacs I came up with 2.20 and 6.42 and that would be one threw center then left and right side

Lets figure it this way, if you had to make two laps, which at least you will, how many miles will you have gone? I'd say at least $200.00

Okay so I figured 3 laps total is 6 miles and 200 an hr or 200 for the job

What is the width of the road and your plow? You have to make for passes.
On a 20' wide road with a Boss V 8.2ft plow with wings I had to make four passes to clear to the roads edge. This road was in a HOA, paved and just under 3miles with four cul-de-sacs. In 2015 I was getting $240.00 for 4-8", $375.00 for 8-12", and $540.00 12-16", not salt just plowing. After being plowed any drift clean up had a minimum fee of $125.00 for 1 hour or less.
Max speed plowing was 15mph much faster snow was blows over the hood of the pickup even with a 8" rubber deflector.
You don't want to salt a gravel road, spreader coarse sand or cinders, coal dust works too.

How wide is your plow, and do not salt the dirt road.
