I am bidding on a subdivison street that is 0.70 of a mile. Would i charge hourly or by the mile? Any help would be great.

I charge a set price (you know, depending on the amount of snow)
Roads are very fast.
7/10 of a mile road (20-30 feet wide) is going to take you 20-25 minutes.
