    ...says the guy with a Boss. The electronics are the same but the plow lines are pretty different.

    yes i have a boss and owned a meyer previously i have ran all but a fisher as well and for the most part the only significant difference is the paint in the douglas dynamic line

    They are very similar, with Blizzard being the most different. The entire merger happened due to the Blizzard design, and fisher/western wanting to use it.

    The thing that makes me nervous is Douglas Dynamics is now a publicly traded company. Now they have many shareholders who need to have smiles put on their faces. It will be interesting to observe the quality of components on the plows change to satisfy the bottom line. Not saying it will happen, or that I'm some expert. Just following history with these types of deals..
