My e-47 will not go right or up, only left. The motor runs but seams to bog down when any weight gets on it. It will lift the blade about 1 inch and then it quits. Any ideas, please help!

When my Meyers would do that I would have to take apart the lift cylinder and clean out the filter inside the cylinder, this happened every year.

done

cleaned out the valve body, screens, sump base, valve body, replaced selinois, replaced a,b, and c valves. Replaced eletric motor. The plow has gotten worse. Now the eletric motor dosen't even run. It runs off the pump but not on it. Any ideas? the hyd pump can be turned by hand so i don't beleive it is locked up.
