We live in the Cleveland area and service a few local accounts...Long story short my son got out of the truck and kicked out the log book at some point during our Deer shed hunting adventures that day. I traced back all of our stops but came back up with nothing. What can I do here ? Anybody in the area have a log I can somewhat reference by and match up salt purchase dates etc. I do not know what else to do...... Lost

Can you look up climatology records by date? Should give a close estimation of dates and amounts.

Yeah I think thats where Im at Ive looked everything up and coming up with nothing. I have a few buddies I could ask but I hate to ask

You could try the local TV stations for weather archives. Could give you some insight as to snow amounts.
How many events were recorded and not invoiced?
In the future, take a picture or 2 of sites. You can always delete them, or refer to them for billing. Also good records in case there's a customer dispute.

I photo when I arrive, and when I leave.

Gives me a timecard of sorts. Phone records date and time as the name of,each photo so I'm able to review years back when and where I was during a storm.
