My motor is dead solenoid is clicking

    I need some help!!!!!!!!! Im in Michigan and Just hooked up my Western plow and my motor isnt doing anything, but my solenoid is clicking.I tried running a wire direct from the battery to the motor and still nothing. What are my other options?

    Wire or booster cable?........The wire has to be thick enough......I suspect you are saying cable, cus a piece of wire will get hot real quick.

    Ayways, if you go direct to the motor and nothing........something is wrong in the motor

    had 2 this week. 1 was burnt up brushes and the other was loose post that took a field out. Good luck
