Have a 9.6 stainless mvp3 has deflector on right and left wings....nothing in center.....how to prevent or control spray back of snow unto windshield ....

They make a deflector for the center. If that’s what your asking?

If you buy the 18" deflector, they include a flap for the center between the wings. With the 10" one, you'd have to make your own.

That's the part # for the pie-wedge shaped piece in the middle ("Center Snow Control") that comes stock. I assume he has that and is asking about something for the gap between the rubber deflectors as the standard height 10" one does not include anything there standard.

The 10" kit doesn't come with it as you said. I run the 8'6" mvp3 sometimes and I set it up this way. They say to trim the extra rubber from the 9'6" rubber as its one kit that fits both but I leave the extra length in the middle to help. Notice picture.
