2002 MVP unimount...when plowing angled, right wing will collaspe. When in scoop position, the right wing will collapse. Any ideas????

Three things that will cause the right wing to retract on it's own...

1) Primary relief valve stuck open/damaged
2) Secondary relief valve stuck open/damaged
3) Position "D" pilot operated check valve stuck partially open or seat damaged

You can pull them out of the manifold and try cleaning them and check the springs and seats for damage.. but in most cases you'll usually find a damaged one and need to replace it..
