Does anyone here use synthetic oil in their skid steer? I just bought a New Holland LS180 and the manual specifies 10w-30 for the engine. I was surprised that they don't call for diesel specific engine oil. Would Mobil1 10w-30 be good for the engine?

It would be a waste. For 25 years I have been using Delo 15/40 in the same machine. as a heavy detergent is is make for diesel motors.
