Our snow removal business is investing in a dump bed T-Tag this year (2015 Chevy 3500) and the truck currently has a Bucher Dyna Jack M-3551 hydraulic pump installed for the dump bed. Will this pump be sufficient enough to run a tailgate spreader while raising the bed full of salt?

If it's what I'm thinking it is. That's a no.

No way, you'd have to add some type of pump be it clutch or pto.

Way way cheaper to just buy an electric V Box of your favorite flavor.
