So an older friend of mine has a mm 1 on a 95 ish chevy diesel 3500. The plow is moving wicked slow in all directions left right up whatever. Fluid is checked and full, truck is in good shape new bats and alt etc. As soon as he revs the engine while moving the plow it acts like it should. It will be creeping then hit the gas and it moves fast.
I am at a loss he plowed for 8 hours what usually takes him 2-3.
Any suggestions or advice would be very appreciated! Thank you in advance.

Wrong pulley on alternator, cheap alternator, bad tensioner, bad connections or crap battery. Check voltage with motor idling. Should be between 13-14 volts.
