Have Not heard Anything........Its Very sad, Michigan has So many Problems to deal with...The State Senate and House are wasting time and Money on this issue..What, we solved the unemployment issue or the Housing crisis to name a few issues.I guess we have to be able to move on to such an important issue such as Back-up Beepers on snow plow contractors trucks.....:dizzy:

If you don't like this kind of typical government intrusion, remind your employees as well as anyone else you want to how the cost of all of these regulations make it very difficult to employ or keep employed people. I doubt talking to your lawmaker will do much good, They think the're solving all of our problems.

The bill "# 980" was passed by the senate on 2/4/2010 during ROLL CALL # 34 YEAS 29 NAYS 7 EXCUSED 2 NOT VOTING 0.

it was then passed on to the house and their transportation sub-committee. they reviewed it and recommended it without amendments on 2/16/2010. Currently the bill is in line for its second reading on the floor of the house.
