Someone is offering me a free meyers plow if i can get a mount for my truck, I have a 1998 s10 4x4. It is going to take the lift frame for the smaller size trucks. Do meyers plows fit both the frames for smaller and larger frames, or are there specific plows made for each frame? Say he had a 7.5 ft plow on a lift frame for full size truck, would that plow fit the same type of meyers EZ mount frame if it was on a small truck frame?

Also, is there any place online that sells lift frames and mounts without plows?

No, the mount for your truck will be for the "TM" series plows.. which are a light weight designed set up for the smaller trucks and Jeeps... and they use a different attaching pin width than the full size plows..

The full size plows like the ST and C series use a 23.5 pin spacing (like the 7.5 would use in your example)...

The TM series, like what the mount for your truck would be for would use a 21.5" pin spacing..

So in a nut shell, the free plow wouldn't fit the mount if you bought it for a 98 S-10 without modification...:realmad:
