ok i rebuilt the meyer plow and it was working great - up,down, right to left
I was mighty pleased with it.

Then oops the truck engine failed and Ive not been able to find another dodge 4X4 truck to replace it.
After looking for another dodge truck to fit the plow mount setup a couple years. . .
I have a 2001 GMC 4X4 a 1500 Sierra that has been great. it now has 133k miles on it And could be a fine plow truck.
my mounts are the tube type & I need the truck side mount for it to fit on the 2001 GMC.
it sounds easy. ;)
Ive been told the tube mounts have not been made in awhile (?) is this true?

Id sure like to put the E-47 pump and all the rest on my GMC as the right truck for the mount are not easy to find out here [North West USA] I live in North Idaho & had to travel to Seattle to get my tube EZ mount for the Dodge.
the old trucks a 1975 W200 4X4 adventurer. its been a fine truck, just old n tired.
the GMC works and runs fine, but its seldom used now as I have another car a 4 wheeler to tool around in

My search is to find the truck side ez tube mount for the GMC.
I need a good number for it or better yet a mount for the truck or other ideas (?)

a new plow from a dealer was around $4k and Id rather not spend that on something I already have.
all help would be appreciated.

Try Storks https://www.storksplows.com/plow-mounts/meyer/ez-classic-tube.html?complete_plow_truck_type=126 or Smith Brothers https://www.smithbrothersplowparts....ku]=Y&s[match]=all&s[search]=EZ+classic+mount And you can always have the mount you have modified to fit.

Smith bros is out if stock on the truck mount, but had hardware cartons which are not useful without the mount ;)

Looks like you would have two options for mounts.

If you have the "NEW" GM body style you require part # 17138- Classic Mount.

If you have the regular HD version it uses mount # 17111- also a Classic Mount.

Light adapter is # 07108.

All still valid part numbers.

I still have a couple EZ Classic Mounts with E60 pumps that work just fine for what I'm doing now.

We regularly talk to owners who have had their plow for 3+ trucks.

I was reminded by my engineers that if it is the more common "older" body style it would use the 17089.

Light adapter- 07180 for single beam and 07104 for dual beam.

All still valid part numbers.
