Currently working on a Meyer e58h. I install western and fisher plows regularly Do not have much experience with Meyer. Anyway the problem the customer is having is that is raises slowly. Side to side fine. i did the obvious. Fluid change and flush. Check power and grounds. Inspect b valve. Appears to be working out of valve body. The weird thing is that if I hit the up button briefly then hit it again it raises fine. But if I only hit it once it struggles to raise. Tried a different controller. No change. Any ideas? Not really sure why hitting button twice would make
A difference.

Possibly. But I do not loose power and everything functions perfectly other than raise.

Weak coil or sticking B valve. Hitting twice helps it valve shift.
