hello all this year is my companies first year in snow removal so admittedly we don't have a lot of knowledge. We have two new meyer blaster 750r's and just got the first chance to use them two nights ago. both units seemed to be tunneling the salt and therefor not throwing anything down. the standard auger is in them which is said to be designed for rock salt. we are having to get out of the trucks and shake the boxes to start the flow of salt. we are using bagged mortons safe t salt. any help would be greatly appreciated with how to fix this issue.

Install a vibrator or run over more curbs.

We had a problem with these years ago and they jammed the motor and burnt them up. After I tossed them and bought Western Pro_Flo salter, I come to find out that here is a extension auger for rock salt . Call your meyers dealer, if I find the bulletin I will let you know.

I have a 350S which set up for also running a sand mix, you need a Vibrator and Auger Ext. Does yours have a internal baffle?
