Man they pack the house in tight.

Used to be all summer cottages, then people leveled them to make huge houses on little lots. My house is one of few size appropriate to their lots. Alot have 0 yard

Yup did the same at the pond where my camper is . Used to be lots of small summer houses 20 years ago when i first started camping there . Now all the small houses and empty lots are big houses with no yards .

Solar panels to boot... jeez.....your place is beautiful. Is that bluestone on the walkway? They always mention it on this old house

It is, all way down to Lake. Rear is 2 docks(one to sit and jump in water off, other old concrete one used to fish and park boat and kayaks at), then a big paver patio to round out house to docks.
