Check the ignition wire that comes off the controller harness. Should go to fuse box. Ensure fuse there is good and connected is secure. Check two fuses by the isolation module. Check the small wire that goes to the hot, large lug on the motor relay (this feeds the two fuses at the isolation module). Check the plug that goes to the headlights on the plow (this is what tells the isolation module that the plow is there, this is all u need to plug in to make the controller light up when everything is working).
Finally check that the ground interconnect is good. This is a black plastic single wire connector by the isolation module. The wire color is black with an org tracer.
Needless to say u checked that the controller plug is securely connected.
