Been in the landscaping and junk removal business for the last 12 years. Going to start getting into snow removal. My clients are condos, town homes, retail stores, restaurants, medical buildings, schools, churches ect ect.

Can someone tell me what top 5/8 questions I would ask if I wanted to bid on there business.

    Thanks so much.

How much and what kind of insurance to provide.

    Seasonal or per push.

On site snow storage, or removal?

    Peak hours?

Salt, sand, salt/sand mix, or another form of ice control?

    Preferred payment schedule?

    Complaints about past service?

The crew members that are working for me have been doing it for awhile now. I would say about 10 years.
